Saffron cultivation is the only legacy of our ancestors.

For more than 5000 years, the cultivation of saffron has been common in our region.

 Our ancestors preferred saffron to wheat.

And the cultivation of saffron, made their large fields turned into purple.

It’s been more than twenty years since we began to cultivate, pack and sell these products in the Iranian market and worldwide.

Bam Co. was born in Khorasan, at the heart of the saffron production in the world.

by the beginning of September, when the saffron flowers bloom, we collect and process them traditionally.

Bam was born in the north of Khorasan, at the heart of the largest producer of saffron in the world .

it is at the beginning of autumn when the saffron flowers begin to bloom

as the sun rises, purple petals of golden-red saffron stigmas start to open slowly.

And these stigmas which are called “red gold”  are known by their unique flavor.
